When the Parliament returns after the summer break we will be at its mid-term and the beginning of the policy making process for politicians on both sides.
Over the course of the last month we have briefed the shadow Roads Minister Duncan Gay, on our view for the need for a coordinated infrastructure authority, Opposition Leader Barry OFarrell on the need for government to offer smaller tenders, Mines Minister Ian McDonald on the need to reform the Mines Act to removes quarries from some unintended consequences of that legislation, Land Minister Tony Kelly on some outstanding issues with Landcom and we are preparing to meet with new Roads Minister Michael Daley, to brief him on the role of CCF.
Members who have concerns or outstanding issues with government are encouraged to contact CCF NSW so that we can raise your matters at these meetings.
