Joe has been a stalwart of the Federation and in his two year term saw the branch move offices and further engage with government at the highest level. Joe’s decision came about after selling his business and a desire to focus on non contracting interests.
He will be replaced by vice president John Wade of Wade Civil. John has also acted as chair of the branch’s Government Relations and Public Affairs Committee, which has allowed him to gradually build up political and government contacts, in preparation for the upcoming state election, an election in which the Federation expects to take a high profile.
On behalf of management and staff I wish Joe and Maura every success and look forward to working with John.
