Operating in crane mode gap training

— filed under:

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland, released a statement recently saying that its ability to process gap competency assessments, for a number of earthmoving and particular crane certificates, came to an end on 30 June.

From now applicants will have to undertake the entire process of training and assessment for the relevant earthmoving and particular crane certificate. If operators hold tickets marked LB, LL, LS, or LE they can be satisfied that they should have received relevant crane mode training.
For further enquiries contact CCF’s workplace health and safety manager Belinda Binnington on 3360 7933 or Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Licensing on 3872 0692.
