Building Australia funding

The SA Government recently released its priorities for the Federal Government’s Building Australia Fund including:
|
|
- Increasing the capacity of the Port Stanvac desalination plant to 100GL;
- Extending and electrifying the rail network to Seaford including construction of a bridge over the Onkaparinga River;
- Upgrading and electrifying the Gawler line to be brought forward by two years;
- Upgrading the Torrens and Goodwood rail junctions where standard gauge freight crosses broad gauge passenger rail lines; and
- Improvements to the North-South corridor including a South Road/Sturt Road underpass.
