JLG's 1250AJP Ultra Boom aerial work platform, with articulating boom, offers a 38.1m platform height, with 19.2m of horizontal reach at 18.2m of up and over height.
It includes the unique JibPLUS jib boom, which rotates 130 0 vertically and 125 0 horizontally. It is also fitted with JLG's QuikStik boom, which means that workers can go from the ground to full elevation in 95 seconds. This provides unprecedented manoeuvrability, especially in hard to reach areas.
As with JLG's other boom lifts, it is easily transported on a float or semi trailer, and is built for traction over rough terrain, with a drive-out, front-extending, oscillating axle, plus four-wheel drive and steer.
Meanwhile JLG Industries Inc, has completed the purchase of Delta Manlift, which makes Toucan vertical mast lifts.
It also bought related assets from Delta's parent company, which will enable JLG to re-launch selected Liftlux models. A JLG spokesman said that these products would further expand JLG's product portfolio.
