Initially seven models ranging from 2.5 to 5t, the TH255, TH336, TH337, TH406, TH407, TH414 and TH514, will be available. They have maximum lift heights ranging from 5.6 to 13.7m.
These models have load-sensing, flow-sharing hydraulics, and allow all boom functions to be operated simultaneously and proportionally. A limited slip diff in the front axle, allows each machine to work effectively in otherwise impossible conditions.
Cabins are spacious with good visibility, and feature heating and ventilation systems with optional air conditioning. A single joystick with roller switches is easier to use, and all controls, including auxiliary hydraulics, are fully proportional.
An in-cab LCD displays a wide range of information, including machine speed, operating hours, and error messages. The keypad can be used to select various operating modes, including three different steering modes.
A range of work tools extend their versatility. A manual IT coupler comes as standard, with the option of a hydraulic quick coupler to allow non-hydraulic work tool changes, without leaving the cab.
The TH255 in the initial offering deserves special mention as it is a super compact machine offering exceptional manoeuvrability. Its spacious cab, allowing for easier ingress and egress, features single joystick control to ease the burden on the operator, and a side-mounted engine which allows easier access for maintenance.
The hydrostatic transmission allows automotive-style driving with no shifting required and provides for more precise positioning. All models include a dedicated longitudinal stability indicator (LSI) that provides a constant and progressive check on load safety with a cut-out for the extend and lift down functions should the load exceed the recommended limit.
