Its Pegson XH320, with throughputs of up to 320t/h, is designed to excel in the toughest of conditions in recycling, demolition and quarrying. Key features include an efficient direct-drive crusher system and a double deck grizzly feeder with underscreen and load management system, which reduces material entry to the chamber, resulting in increased throughput and reduced wear.
Additional benefits include an under pan feeder and a new impact chamber with 4-bar rotor, twin-apron design, adjustment assist and hydraulic overload protection.
For those requiring even higher output, the XH500 primary impactor, has throughputs up to 500t/h. Key features include a vibrating pan feeder, a double deck live pre-screen, a load feeder management system, an under pan feeder, a direct-drive crusher system, hydraulic overload crusher protection, an hydraulic raise and lower product conveyor for rebar removal, a new PLC control system and class leading stockpiling capacities.
Screen recirculation versions of both the XH320 and XH500 will follow in early 2010. They will allow customers to produce finished end products using a single machine.
