Leica Viva: a new generation measurement system
|
Leica Viva is a new generation measurement system, that combines state-of-the-art technologies into an unrivalled portfolio of total stations, GNSS receivers, system controllers and onboard software. |
|
Encompassing innovative, feature-rich functionality with a new, modern and ergonomic design, Viva is easier and more intuitive to use than any of its predecessors, yet does not compromise on speed and precision.
Leica GS10 and GS15 can be used for all tasks and set-ups for GNSS surveying and construction, may it be all-on-the-pole or backpack rover, mounted on a car, quad or boat, RTK field base station and long term monitoring sensor.
From completely integrated to totally modular solutions, Viva GNSS provides a complete range of GNSS and TPS solutions. With the unique SmartStation and the versatile SmartPole, fewer set ups are required, fewer control points are needed and flexibility and productivity is maximised.
Top TPS sensors
Viva TPS combines one of the world’s best total station sensors: angles, distances, drives and the patented automated prism search, creating the fastest total station in its class. TPS is equipped with Leica Geosystems’ state-of-the-art PinPoint EDM. Users benefit from the most reliable and accurate EDM delivering the optimal balance of range, beam visibility, laser dot size and measurement time.
The new Leica SmartWorx Viva software provides unparalleled, easy, and intuitive operation for experienced professionals as well as newcomers. Running on the new Leica CS10 and CS15 systems controllers, the software enables users to control measurement devices with a single controller from a single job file. Furthermore, it and system controllers, have the power to connect seamlessly to an office, GNSS systems or total stations, enabling users to easily transfer files.
Leica Viva system controllers allow an easy equipment setup with the unique Snap&Go connection system to start work immediately. Long-range, secure and fast wireless connectivity to total stations or GNSS, are now supported by the new Leica intenna technology. It introduces a world first by fully integrating the total station communication antenna into the controller housing.
2MP camera
Viva system controllers, integrate a 2MP camera, for convenient field documentation. Also, they support a wide range of data storage and transfer capabilities such as wireless LAN, USB, Bluetooth wireless technology and CF/SD-cards.
Leica MyWorld is the new web portal for instant 24/7 access to product information and a wide knowledge database. As well there is detailed information about products, status of instrument repairs at an authorised service centre and ability to easily update software.
