Online training simplifies access to information

As industry continues to adopt new technology, and machinery and equipment with high pressure hydraulic and lubrication systems becomes more common, the risk of fluid injection injury increases.

Driven by a desire to increase safety during maintenance and operation of hydraulic or pneumatic equipment, Custom Fluid Power Training (CFPT) has now launched its online training portal commencing with an Introduction to Fluid Power Course.

The e-learning training course, Module 1 – Fluid Power Basic Principles, Safety and MDG41, can be accessed at www.cfpt-tms.com.au and is suitable for fitters or engineers that have no or limited fluid power experience. Additional modules of the Introduction to Fluid Power course will follow in the coming months.

The Introduction to Fluid Power Training Course is also available in a face to face format as a two day course which is suitable for groups of 8-10 and can be conducted on-site or at CFPT’s facilities using dedicated hydraulic simulators - for a hands-on approach to learning.

Custom Fluid Power Training is the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Division of Custom Fluidpower, the largest independently owned hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics solutions provider in Australia.
