A more intuitive website for Sandvik improves the customer experience

The new Sandvik website, at www.mc.sandvik.com/au, incorporates a much cleaner interface, while at the same time being easier to navigate.
In addition, it includes easy access to Sandvik’s @YourService online parts and service ordering system, allowing customers to login for online ordering, including price and availability, trace and trace, invoice viewing and dealer warranty.
The website now gives detailed information on Sandvik Mining and Construction’s full range of equipment and services, including:
• Rock tools and systems
• Drill rigs and rock drills
• Load and haul equipment
• Continuous-mining and tunnelling machines
• Crushers and screens
• Conveyors and conveyor components
• Bulk materials handling equipment
• Breakers and demolition tools
• Mine automation systems
• Safety and environmental products
• All aftermarket services, as well as training and its carbide and cobalt recycling program
An important element of the new website is the EHS (environment health and safety) section, which includes in-depth information on EHS including details of Sandvik's EHS vision to achieve zero harm to its people, the environment it works in, its customers and its suppliers.
It includes information on the company’s commitment and responsibility programs, as well as its sustainability, monitoring and management, and supplier standards.
“Our new website is part of our global commitment to communicate better and more directly with our customers and other stakeholders,” said Rowan Melrose, president of Sandvik Mining and Construction – Region Australia-Pacific.
