A mountain of new products landing this month at your local JCBCEA dealer
Used in the construction and agricultural markets, the JCB Sitemaster range was originally released in the early 1990’s to offer customers high quality tyres that were great value for money. The range was engineered in collaboration with product specialists to ensure the tyres enhanced the performance of JCB equipment.
Manufactured to JCB machine specifications, these tyres also are fully factory tested, approved and carry JCB’s valued warranty. The latest JCB Sitemaster backhoe tyres feature a cross-ply construction comprising of a 6-ply rating (2 more than an agricultural tyre), providing extra sidewall protection and stiffness for improved lateral stability.
They are available with an open centre and agricultural type tread pattern, which provides excellent traction capabilities when used on soft ground. An increased lug width at the tread centre helps extend its life, especially when operating on harder surfaces.
Three new JCB Sitemaster telehandler tyres also have been introduced to the range, available in 24-inch and 25-inch rim sizes and using an additional Butyl lining to improve durability and longevity. A new innovative lug design also increases overall tyre performance.
For telehandlers being used in hard standing, industrial type applications, the new JCB Sitemaster telehandler MPT tread pattern is best suited for maximum life, performance and traction. The JCB Sitemaster Traction tyre for telehandlers is ideal for soft going applications where the best traction performance is required.
Meanwhile, other new developments in the JCB Sitemaster tyre range continue to be explored and evaluated, including a telehandler radial tyre for long distance highway work that will be especially useful for many agricultural applications.
Australian distributor, JCB Construction Equipment Australia, expects the new JCB Sitemaster tyres to hit our shores this month. For further information on the comprehensive tyre range from JCB, contact your nearest JCB dealer, telephone 1300 522 232, or visit: www.cea.net.au
