Panasonic Australia, the world-leading provider of purpose-built ruggedised mobile computing solutions, has unveiled two upgraded versions of the Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 Mk2 – the most powerful fully-rugged notebook computer available in Australia. |
|
Built to handle the conditions of the worksite
The CF-31 Mk2 is now available in a Performance Model and a Standard Model, both featuring the new Intel® Core™ i5 processor, increased RAM and hard drive capacity as well as faster speed and a brighter sunlight-viewable screen.
Built tough to meet full MIL-STD-810G certification, including shock, drop, vibration, extreme temperature and high altitude, the Toughbook CF-31 Mk2 offers protection from drops of up over 1.8 metres and has achieved an IP65 rating for unparalleled protection from water and dust, assuring optimum performance in adverse conditions. The device also meets requirements for use in high-vibration (ASTM D4169-04) environments.
A unique hybrid cooling system with a sealed fan keeps the internal temperature of the unit down while maintaining optimal protection from liquids, dust and other environmental hazards.
Pricing and Availability
The Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 Mk2 is $6099RRP. It is available from Toughbook distributors. For more information on the Toughbook range visit: www.toughbook.com.au.
