Abegeldie wins three out of five NSW Earth Awards
|
The highlight of the 2009 New South Wales Civil Contractors Federation’s Earth Awards, was that one construction company, Abergeldie Contractors Pty Ltd, was awarded three of the five NSW category awards announced in Sydney last Friday. |
|
Abergeldie took out the category one award for a project valued at up to $1m for its work on the Hazelbrook Skywalk Bridge, category two for a $1 to $5m project, the Erskineville Railway Overbridge and category four, $20m to $75m, for work on Dendrobium Mine Shafts 2 and 3.
Seymour Whyte took out the category three award, for projects worth between $5m and $20m for its work on the Central Coast Highway upgrade near Wamberal.
In category 5, for projects worth more than $75m, the Roads and Traffic Authority, Abigroup and SKM, jointly gained the award for their work on the southern Hume Highway duplication.
