Conexpo tops 2 million net square feet

Exhibit space sales are going strong for Conexpo-Con/Agg 2011, and have topped 2,000,000 net square feet of exhibit space or 16.7ha.

  

Conexpo runs from March 22 to 26, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a focus on construction, construction materials and fluid power/motion control.
Space sales for the co-located IFPE 2011, are outpacing the last show and now total more than 126,000 net square feet (13,800m²).
Association of Equipment Manufacturers exhibitions and events VP Megan Tanel said, "These numbers are especially gratifying given the continued slowdown in the US manufacturing sector. We value the industry support we’re receiving as we strive to offer the industry a gathering place to sell their equipment, products and services as well as network with peers."
The shows will feature US and global manufacturers, special equipment demonstration areas are planned and more targeted industry education and training opportunities will be available on site. Attendees will also have access to the co-located ICON Expo, with an emphasis on the concrete products industry.
Registration is now open for the shows. Exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities are still available too, on a first come, first served basis.
