Tadano sets up in Brisbane

Japanese crane manufacturer Tadano Ltd, has entered the Australian market in its own right establishing a factory owned and operated sales and service office in Darra, Brisbane.

  

Heading the Tadano Oceania operation, which has responsibility for Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, is MD Futoshi Kimura whi has been 17 years with the company.
With a tertiary qualification in economics, Kimura has a wealth of experience in sales and product development. Before the Australian posting, he was sales manager for the Asian market. He also spent five years working for Tadano in Germany at the Tadano-Faun facility.
With the Tadano brand well accepted in Australia over the past five years or so, the new factory backed structure, introduces an elevated level of presence and support.
A new 60t truck crane is coming from the Japanese plant and Tadano Mantis telescopic boom crawlers will add a whole new range of advanced crane technology.
The Tadano range includes all terrain, truck, rough terrain and telescopic boom hydraulic crawler cranes.
