Baulderstone manager joins ProjectCentre

Thomas Patellis a former manager with the Baulderstone Group, has been appointed a senior client service executive by Australian internet project management company ProjectCentre.

  

Over the past 12 years in the construction industry, including seven years at Baulderstone, Patellis has been instrumental in the implementation of collaboration systems in more than 80 civil and building projects.
He is now part of ProjectCentre’s newly-created Special Projects Team, which has been established to further strengthen the company’s client-focussed philosophy.
The team is headed by Anthony Esposito, and is designed to be ProjectCentre’s centre of excellence of skilled industry professionals. It will complement the company’s regionally-focused client service teams.
“Patellis brings vast industry experience to ProjectCentre, including leading the collaboration team at Baulderstone,” ProjectCentre CEO Kevin Davis said. “He has invaluable expertise in leading practice construction project delivery methods.”
Davis said the Special Project Team’s main objective would be to drive consistent client service and quality standards, consult with industry to provide commercially focused innovation in ProjectCentre’s product offerings, and work closely with key national and international clients to provide market-leading implementations and account management.
The company is the developer of a web-based collaborative project delivery system, which provides project management, document control, contract administration, financial and quality management solutions. Its revenue grew by 73% over the past three years ranking it as the 36th fastest growing company in Australia.
