Distributors now being sought for the 'green' Bluecrete

This geo-polymer cement is a complete low carbon footprint alternative to Portland cement, it looks like, acts like, and works like Portland cement (OPC), it can be distributed in the same way and with the same equipment as OPC, at a fraction of the manufacturing cost.

This new discovery is revolutionary because it is a one-part system which only requires a simple paddle mixing of its powdered chemical formula at ambient temperatures. Yes, that's right. No heat is required in its manufacturing process; it is not dependent on fossil fuels or large kilns for its manufacturing process, as is required in the case of OPC.

And yet its delivery system remains the same as OPC and the product itself results in a high performance concrete, 10,000 psi and over is not problem for this wonder-crete. It is water retardant, acid retardant, discourages the oxidation of rebar, and has a near zero coefficient of expansion which makes it excellent in below freezing temperatures as well as tropical regions of the world. It does not transfer heat very well, which makes for great insulating properties - and best of all, it is made of post industrial waste materials, it's "green".

The Florida based scientists announced that this newest product, Geo-Blue Crete II, is less dependent on water in its concrete mix and can reach much greater compression and tensile strengths than their original product line. The original product, Geo- Blue Crete, had its first commercial success during the filming of a nationally distributed television documentary – ‘Zero Energy America’.

Ready Mix concrete manufacturers in Ohio and Dubai have put Geo- Blue Crete through multiple commercial application tests. Now, with the advent of a low hydrated geo-polymer cement product Geo- Blue Crete II is no longer dependent on a recipe of manufactured chemical mix- products, but rather totally independent and reliant only on a generic chemical formulation, thus, the final step in the commercialization of the Geo-Blue Crete II product has been achieved.

When asked what's next for the research and development group, Art Galietti, Chief Operating Officer, indicated that the company is looking for manufacturers and distributors worldwide. He indicated that the business plan calls for exclusive licensing for manufacturers in different areas of the world, the company will supply this newly formulated catalyst as a raw material to exclusive manufacturers worldwide.
