The Earthmover & Civil Contractor magazine wishes to clarify any confusion which may have arisen over the promotion of the inaugural Earthmover & Civil Contractor Awards and the annual Civil Contractors Federation Earth Awards. |

The innaugural EMCC Awards Dinner will be held at Luna Park's Crystal Palace on Thursday September 13, 2012
The Earth Awards are conducted independently by the CCF and The Earthmover & Civil Contractor Awards are conducted independently by the EMCC magazine.
In promoting the EMCC Awards, the magazine’s masthead (which contains the CCF logo) has been used for marketing purposes which may have given an impression that the CCF was officially involved in promoting and organising this event. The Earthmover & Civil Contractor wishes to make it clear that its awards event is an initiative of the magazine and not the CCF.
We apologise for any confusion.
